Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains our policies for cancellations, refunds and returns. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds, when approved, will be refunded through the original payment method.

1. Digital products & online services

  • Digital products (downloads, SaaS access, online courses) are non-refundable once delivered or access has been granted.
  • If a product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from the description, contact us at upnify1@gmail.com. We will evaluate and offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

2. Physical products

  • Cancellations before shipping: Full refund available if the order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible; returns are handled per our return policy (if applicable).
  • Returns for damaged/defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

3. Service-based orders (custom work)

  • If work has not started: Full refund may be issued upon cancellation request.
  • If partial work is completed: Partial refund may be issued after deducting fees for completed work and any third-party costs incurred.
  • Completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Duplicate transactions & payment failures

If you were charged more than once due to a payment error, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification. Refunds are processed to the same payment source. Depending on the bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

In your email please include:

  • Name
  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund/cancellation

We will acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours and start the review. Final decision and processing time may vary depending on the case and payment provider.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The exact time to show in your account depends on the payment provider (Razorpay + bank/card issuer).
